Greene County ISU Extension and Outreach will hold a workshop in pickle making and pickled products Saturday, Sept. 14, from 8 am to 1 pm at the Extension office at 104 W. Washington St in Jefferson.

Participants in the interactive, hands-on workshop will learn how to preserve food safely and practice by making pickled products in a water bath canner. The workshop will be facilitated by Ann Parker, Extension nutrition and wellness specialist.
There is a $35 cost for the workshop. Registration is online at http://bit.ly/ptts13537. Registration deadline is Sept. 7.
